Warranty Claim for all Products
If you wish to make a warranty claim, you are required first to send us the pictures of concerns or damages, and we will contact the manufactures for further advise.
Please note: The warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
When making a warranty claim a proof of purchase needs to be provided to the premium bats by the customer. This needs to come in the form of a receipt which is provided by the premium bats with every purchase or a valid bank statement.

Bat Warranty Information
The warranty does NOT cover:
• Yorker damage to the toe.
• Surface damage to the face, edge or toe that occurs due to lack of preparation (knocking-in) or inaccurate play.
• Damage due to moisture or extreme heat, or damage that occurs because of incorrect use.
• Damage resulting from the use of non-leather or composite balls, including bowling machine balls.
Bats with broken handles, cracks and other minor problems that occur within the time and scope of the manufacturer warranty will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. It takes an average of 10 working days to assess and/or repair the problem in conjunction with the manufacturer.
A Bat will not be replaced due to handle break, edge or surface cracking but will be repaired under Warranty only in the first season of use.
Please note – the use of bowling machine balls can and may void your warranty.
Please note once a cricket bat is oiled and knocked it is considered as used and will not grant for return or refund.
For warranty and returns, you must send it at your cost, and we must receive it for settlement.
Australian Consumer Law states that the retailer is not required to provide a replacement or refund if you change your mind.
The premium bats store will exchange or provide store credit for items that are returned in salable condition within seven days of purchase date.
All products come with a seven-day money back guarantee with a complete refund. If unsatisfied with the product, you are expected to return them in an unused state within the first seven days of purchase. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Yes, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has an extreme fault. It is when the product:

• Does not perform as per the requirements and cannot be easily fixed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
